Antonietta Collins

Antonietta Tonite Gonzalez-Collins is a Mexican-American sportscaster. She is currently employed by ESPN as a anchor for SportsCenter and sometimes hosts SportsNation. The first time she worked at ESPN in the year 2016. She is the daughter of the TV reporter Maria Antonieta Collins. Antonietta Collins is bilingual since the age of nine years old. It was a helpful skill that helped her secure her first position working as an assistant to the producer with Univision in Miami that provided her with the opportunity to collaborate with producers of National programs like Nuestra Belleza Latina, Premios Lo Nuestro Premios Juventud and Primer Impacto. After this, the CBS affiliate located in St. Petersburg employed her as a sports reporter. Her parents divorced soon after and, in 1995, she married a naval architect named Fabio Fajardo. Fabio Fajardo passed away in 2006 from kidney cancer. In the summer of the year 2006, Antonietta spent one week with her sibling in Canton Ohio. The older Collins girl worked there. Antonietta was about to graduate from high school, but was already aware of her plans for what she would be doing. At the end of the day, she fell in love with the school. They also offered her a major. After high school, she graduated and was enrolled in media studies at the university. Her relationship lasted for a while with her instructor Mark Bergmann who was the supervisor of WRMU 91.1 FM, a station of which she was an affiliate.
